The shape of your teeth plays a huge part in how a single or double cap can fit. Our grillz are compression fit, meaning there’s slight pressure on the grillz to keep them in place on your teeth. If your teeth are more straight than rounded, it may be harder for the grillz caps to stay in place. We will make the grillz to the exact shape of your teeth based on your molds, but we cannot guarantee that they will always fit securely. In cases where the fitting is a little loose, we’d recommend using denture adhesive like Poligrip to keep the grillz in place.
