7–14 business days after receiving your mold.

Diamond / Custom / Complex Designs

10–21 business days, depending on stone count and detailing.

If you order a mail-in mold kit, it ships within 1–2 business days of purchase.

🚫 Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at support@[yourbrand].com.
We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

All orders include tracking and insurance.
If your package appears missing, delayed, or damaged:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number

  2. Then notify our support team so we can assist with any necessary claims

If your mold impression is not accurate, we will provide one complimentary replacement kit.
